Prof. Julie Linder-Gaulin teaches Applied Clarinet at Concordia University Texas and is the Director of CCMA, Concordia’s Community Music Academy. She is the founder of Musician Pro Workshops, a company that produces educational clinics connecting students with professional teachers and performers. She serves as the Director of the clarinet division’s summer camps - Clarinet Pro Workshops. In that role, Julie partnered with Selmer & D’Addario Artist Dawn Marie Lindblade of the University of Central Oklahoma to establish a curriculum that reflects their common core teaching philosophies. Ms. Linder-Gaulin also collaborates with the company’s saxophone faculty, helping to guide curriculum development, marketing and expansion. |

Dr. Janet Grohovac has been on faculty teaching individual lessons and group guitar classes at Concordia University Texas since 2013. Janet completed her Doctor of Musical Arts and Master of Music degrees at the University of Texas at Austin with Adam Holzman as her main pedagogue. Originally from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, Dr. Grohovac completed her Bachelor of Music with distinction at the University of Victoria studying with Dr. Alexander Dunn. As a dynamic concert artist, recent performances include appearances at the Festival Internacional de Guitarra de Taxco, Mexico with the Grohovac-Ibison Duo, and more. |
