Start Here: First-Time Email Setup (Required)

Step 1: Log In to Your Email
Follow these steps to access your email for the first time:
- Open your web browser.
- Go to portal.office.com.
- Enter your Concordia Texas student email address and click Next.
- Follow the prompts to set or confirm your password if needed.
- Click Sign in.
- Select the Outlook app.
Step 2: Update Your Time Zone
The first time you log in, you will need to update your mailbox time zone.
- Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Select Mail.
- In the left-hand menu, click General.
- Select Region and Time Zone.
- Change the time zone to (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).
- Click Save.
