Start Here: First-Time Email Setup (Required)

If this is your first time accessing your Concordia Texas email, follow these steps carefully. This step must be completed before you can fully access important student information.

Step 1: Log In to Your Email

Follow these steps to access your email for the first time:

  • Open your web browser.
  • Go to portal.office.com.
  • Enter your Concordia Texas student email address and click Next.
  • Follow the prompts to set or confirm your password if needed.
  • Click Sign in.
  • Select the Outlook app.

Step 2: Update Your Time Zone

The first time you log in, you will need to update your mailbox time zone.

  • Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  • Select Mail.
  • In the left-hand menu, click General.
  • Select Region and Time Zone.
  • Change the time zone to (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).
  • Click Save.

Once you have completed setup, you are in your Concordia Texas student mailbox and ready to begin receiving important University communication.

After your first-time setup is complete, you can return to your email anytime by going to:

  • portal.office.com
  • Enter your student email and password
  • Open the Outlook app
